About Juanita Mendoza
My name is Juanita Mendoza and I am happy to be a part of the Fritz Cana Team as Closing Coordinator. I am a home owner and have experienced the buying process in the Dominican Republic. After buying my first home, as well as an investment property, I decided to assist clients with the buying process in the DR. I’ve worked closely with other real estate agencies, lawyers, and agents. Helping clients buy their dream home has been very rewarding.
I was born in California, but I have lived in a few places, including Mexico and I’m fluent in both English and Spanish.
In 2017 I visited Punta Cana for the first time and fell in love with the island life, and most of all the tropical weather. Shortly after I took a leap of faith to this beautiful island, and the rest is history!
